某型号汽车发动机曲轴使用很短时间便发生断裂事故。借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等手段对该汽车用发动机曲轴的材质、裂纹形态及扩展方式及断口表面进行分析。结果表明,该汽车用发动机曲轴加工时在应力集中程度最大的地方有规则的加工刀痕是该曲轴疲劳断裂的主要原因。
A certain type of automobile engine crankshaft rupture accident occurred in a very short time. By means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the crankshaft material, crack shape and expansion mode of the automobile engine and the fracture surface were analyzed. The results show that the main cause of the fatigue fracture of the crankshaft is that there are regular machining marks at the place where the stress concentration is the greatest when the engine crankshaft is processed.
