新课程标准所倡导的教学理念是关注每一位学生,让每一位学生通过学习得到全面地、主动地发展。而在实际教学中,学困生是客观存在的。化学是初三新开设的一门学科,其学科特点是知识点多且较为抽象,很多学生在学习的过程中常常感到力不从心,渐渐成为学困生。分层作业是分层教学的一个重要环节,有利于学困生在完成适合自己的作业中获得成就感,使学困生处于积极的学习状态,从而促进良好班级学风的形成。
The teaching concept advocated by the new curriculum standard is to pay attention to every student, so that every student can learn fully and actively. However, in actual teaching, poor students are objective. Chemistry is a new discipline opened in the third day of the third year. Its disciplines are characterized by a large number of knowledge points and are more abstract. Many students often feel powerless during their studies and gradually become poor students.
