一、前言 随着我国电视工业的迅速发展,对电视机所用显像管的寿命指标提出了愈来愈高的要求。国产23X×5B(9英寸)显像管的寿命原部颁标准为750小时,目前多数管的实际寿命一般不超过2000小时,远不能满足要求。 本实验的目的是试备用Ni-W-Ca合金代替Si-Ni合金作阴极基底金属,以提高9英寸显像管的寿命。实验表明,在不改变原制管工艺的情况下,更换阴极基底金属后,9英寸管的寿命可以提高到7000—12000小时,甚至更高。
I. Preface With the rapid development of China's television industry, the life-expectancy index of CRTs used in television set higher and higher requirements. Domestic 23X × 5B (9 inch) CRT life of the original Ministry of issued standards for the 750 hours, most of the current actual life of the tube is generally not more than 2000 hours, far from meeting the requirements. The purpose of this experiment is to prepare Ni-W-Ca alloy instead of Si-Ni alloy cathode metal to improve the life of 9-inch CRT. Experiments show that without changing the original tube process, the replacement of the cathode base metal, 9-inch tube life can be increased to 7000-12000 hours, or even higher.
