今年5月2日,中日友好医院召开保持共产党员先进性教育活动转段会暨转为SARS专病医院战前动员大会。会议总结了“思想发动、学习培训”阶段的工作,部署了“党性分析、民主评议”阶段的工作,并对医院转为SARS专病医院进行了战前动员。中央国家机关工委副书记、中央国家机关保持共产党员先进性教有试点工作领导小组组张德邻同志,卫生部党组书记、常务副部长高强同志到会并发表了讲话。现刊发高强同志的讲话,供各地学习。
On May 2 this year, China-Japan Friendship Hospital held a transfer of educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members and to a pre-war mobilization meeting for SARS special hospitals. The conference summed up the work of “mobilizing thoughts and training and learning”, deployed the work of “analysis of party spirit and democratic appraisal”, and mobilized the hospital to be a specialized hospital for SARS. Comrade Zhang De-neng, deputy secretary of the Work Committee of the Central Government State Party Committee and member of the Central Government on maintaining the advanced nature of party members, and Comrade Gao Qiang, party secretary and executive deputy minister of the Ministry of Health, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Comrade Gao Qiang’s speech is now being published for studying everywhere.
