为了研究阿特拉津和毒死蜱单一及联合暴露对东北林蛙急性毒性的影响,试验采用SPSS12.0统计软件分析了东北林蛙(Rana dybowskii)32~36期的蝌蚪对阿特拉津和毒死蜱的半致死浓度。结果表明:在水温20~25℃条件下,阿特拉津对东北林蛙蝌蚪24,48,72,96小时的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为37.30,18.05,5.94,2.99 mg/L;毒死蜱对东北林蛙蝌蚪24,48,72,96小时的LC_(50)分别为1.01,0.90,0.45,0.168 mg/L;阿特拉津和毒死蜱联合作用对东北林蛙蝌蚪24,48,72,96小时的LC50分别为1.99,0.81,0.70,0.23 mg/L。说明阿特拉津和毒死蜱无论单一还是联合作用均对东北林蛙蝌蚪具有毒性效应。
