最近有报道在用干扰素(IFN)治疗的慢性丙型肝炎患者中发现有视网膜病变,但病变与干扰素间的关系尚未明了。为此,作者对慢性丙型肝炎患者在IFN治疗期间视网膜异常的发生频率及类型进行研究。 观察对象为63例慢性丙型肝炎患者,男41例,女22例,平均年龄47.0岁。其中38例为中度慢性活动性肝炎(CAH 2A),另25例为重度慢性活动性肝炎(CAH 2B)。 63例中14例合并有其它疾病,即糖尿病9例,高血压2例,同时有糖尿病和高血压
Retinal lesions have recently been reported in patients with chronic hepatitis C treated with interferon (IFN), but the relationship between lesions and interferons is unclear. To this end, the authors studied the frequency and type of retinal abnormalities in patients with chronic hepatitis C during IFN therapy. Subjects were 63 patients with chronic hepatitis C, 41 males and 22 females, with an average age of 47.0 years. Of these, 38 were moderate chronic active hepatitis (CAH 2A) and the other 25 were severe chronic active hepatitis (CAH 2B).
