信息技术是语言的使用,文字的创造,电报、电话、广播和电视的普及应用,到最后的电子计算机的普及和应用。也就是说自从有了人类就有了信息技术,逐渐地信息技术成为人类生存与发展的一个基本条件和重要手段。人们通过信息技术获取资源、表述思想、与人沟通、展开联系与合作,尤其是随着电脑和网络的应用范围越来越广,正全面影响着我们的日常生活和学习。所以,作为新世纪信息时代的我们,需要更多更好的学习和使用信息技术。
Information technology is the use of language, the creation of texts, the popularization and application of telegraph, telephone, radio and television, and the popularization and application of the final electronic computer. In other words, since human beings have information technology, information technology has gradually become a basic condition and an important means for the survival and development of mankind. People use information technology to acquire resources, express their ideas, communicate with others, develop contact and cooperation. Especially as computers and networks become more widely used, they are affecting our daily life and learning. Therefore, as an information age in the new century, we need more and better learning and use of information technology.
