以34份樱桃番茄种子为试材,研究了(15±1)℃低温胁迫对萌动种子继续生长发育的影响。结果表明:在持续低温胁迫下,材料11-180和11-664发芽指数分别达到33和32,细胞膜损伤程度低(相对电导率分别为34.2%和38.1%),胚根能够持续伸长,在低温胁迫22d后分别达到31.4mm和27.6mm,表现出对低温胁迫的良好适应性,是可直接用作耐低温育种的优良亲本材料;其它各材料对低温的适应性较差,不宜作耐低温育种的亲本材料。
Using 34 cherry tomato seeds as test materials, the effects of (15 ± 1) ℃ cold stress on the germination and growth of germinated seeds were studied. The results showed that germination index of materials 11-180 and 11-664 reached 33 and 32, respectively, with low degree of cell membrane damage (relative conductivity of 34.2% and 38.1%, respectively) under continuous low temperature stress. After 21 days of low temperature stress, they reached 31.4mm and 27.6mm respectively, which showed good adaptability to low temperature stress and could be directly used as excellent parental material for low temperature breeding. The other materials had poor adaptability to low temperature and should not be used for low temperature tolerance Breeding parent material.
