目的:探讨集束化护理对胃癌根治术患者术后胃肠功能恢复及胃肠道症状的影响。方法:将124例胃癌根治术患者随机等分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予常规性护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用集束化护理,比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复及胃肠道症状情况。结果:观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间、进食时间、胃管留置时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、便秘、口臭发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理能有效促进胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复,减轻患者胃肠症状,增加患者术后舒适性,有利于患者尽早康复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of cluster nursing on gastrointestinal function recovery and gastrointestinal symptoms after radical operation in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 124 patients with radical resection of gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group received intensive care based on the control group. The gastrointestinal function recovery and gastric function recovery were compared between the two groups Intestinal symptoms. Results: The recovery time of bowel sounds, first defecation time, first exhaust time, feeding time, gastric tube indwelling time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P <0.05), nausea and vomiting, bloating, abdominal pain, constipation , The incidence of bad breath was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The intensive care can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the gastrointestinal symptoms and increase the postoperative comfort of patients after radical operation of gastric cancer, which is good for the patients to recover as soon as possible.
