The Tianjin Building Materials Industry Federation and the Tianjin Building Materials Industry Technical and Economic Management Research Association (hereinafter referred to as the “two sessions”) were established in Tianjin on June 21, 1991. Tianjin’s more than 340 building materials companies are distributed in the Municipal Building Materials Bureau, the Second Light Bureau, the Bureau of Chemical Industry, the Township Enterprise Bureau, the Metallurgical Bureau, and the four suburbs. There are almost all kinds of building materials manufacturers in all industries. The purpose of setting up the “two sessions” is to organize numerous organizations through civil society organizations.
