随着就业形势的日益严峻,近年来,“创业”和“就业”、“考研”、“考托”一样,在大学校园里流行起来,广西北部湾经济区的发展为在其区域内创业的大学生提供了更好的平台。本文运用SWOT工具,分析了在广西北部湾经济区域内创业的高职院校毕业生创业的优势与劣势,机会与威胁。通过SWOT图形分析法得出在广西北部湾经济区域内创业的高职院校毕业生创业的四大策略,有利于高职生更好的发挥优势、利用机会、克服劣势、挑战威胁,从而实现自己的创业梦想。
With the increasingly serious employment situation, in recent years, “entrepreneurship” and “employment”, “Kaoyan”, “test”, the same popular in college campuses, Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi Developing a better platform for college students to start businesses in their area. This article uses the SWOT tool to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges that start a business in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. Through SWOT analysis, it is concluded that the four strategies of starting a business for graduates from higher vocational colleges that start a business in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone are beneficial to higher vocational students to give full play to their advantages, make use of opportunities, overcome disadvantages and challenge threats so as to achieve Own business dream.
