一、国外半导体工业的情况: 近几年来国外的半导体工业一直是以比较快的速度发展着。无论是从技术发展的广度来看也好,从技术发展的深度来看也好,发展都是很快的。从1970年1月到1970年末,资本主义世界半导体工业产品销售额,从20亿美元增加到45亿美元,增长了一倍以上。除了美国以外的其它资本主义国家的销售额也从10亿美元增加到25亿美元,增长了150%。而七十年代后半个五年中,半导体工业的销售额予计将增长一倍。到1980年时可达100亿美元,其中的60%为除美国以外的其他资本主义国家的销售额。图1和图2给出了这种发展趋势。
First, the foreign semiconductor industry situation: In recent years, foreign semiconductor industry has been based on the faster pace of development. In the second half of the seventies five years, the semiconductor industry is expected to double sales.
