汽轮机叶片处在极复杂的应力状况下工作,往往由于叶片的线型设计不合理,材料不符合设计要求,机加工质量不佳。组装工艺不良,运行工况变动等因素的影响造成叶片断裂事故。对叶片尤其是叶片根部进行预防性检查是消除设备隐患,确保机组安全运行的重要手段。近几年来,许多单位为了搞好这项工作,做了大量的试验研究,尤其是在现场的实践中,积累了一定的经验,取得了较好的效果。我们根据水电部科技司74年235号文的精神,由北京电力试验所、内蒙电力试验所和山西省电管局中心试验所共同组成“叶片探伤方法编制小组”。在编制过程中承西安热工所、渭河电厂、石景山电厂、北京热电厂、唐山电厂、北京发电设备修造厂、河北电力试验所、吴泾泾电厂等单位给予了热情的支持和大力协助。本方法所列数据是在叉型叶根(4CG—975、3CG—655、ZCG—30)和外包T型叶根(BG—19、B=55)和及树型(装横槽)Kll6机15、16级上测取的。由于我们的水平有限,本方法在内容、形式及其他方面一定会有不少错误和不妥之处,恳切希望提出修改和补充意见。
Turbine blades work in very complicated stress conditions, often due to the unreasonable linear design of the blades, the material does not meet the design requirements, poor machining quality. Assembly process is poor, changes in operating conditions and other factors lead to blade rupture. Preventive inspection of the leaves, especially the root of the leaves, is an important means to eliminate hidden dangers of the equipment and ensure the safe operation of the unit. In recent years, many units have done a great deal of experimental research in order to do a good job of this work. Especially in the field practice, they have accumulated some experience and achieved good results. According to the letter of Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, No. 74, No. 235, we jointly organized by the Beijing Electric Power Test Institute, Inner Mongolia Electric Power Test Institute and Shanxi Provincial Institute of Testing and Testing Center to prepare a leaf flaw detection method compilation team. In the course of preparation, Chengchi Xi’an Thermal Power Plant, Weihe Power Plant, Shijingshan Power Plant, Beijing Thermal Power Plant, Tangshan Power Plant, Beijing Power Plant Repair Factory, Hebei Electric Power Test Institute, Wujing Jing Power Plant and other units gave enthusiastic support and assistance. The data presented in this method is based on the data obtained from the fork-root (4CG-975,3CG-655, ZCG-30) and outsourced T-root (BG-19, B = 55) 15, 16 on the measured. Due to the limited level of our work, there will certainly be many mistakes and pitfalls in the content, form and other aspects of the method. I sincerely hope that amendments and additions can be made.
