对自制~+的机械加工表面多孔管以蒸汽-水为介质进行了敞口池沸腾传热试验,试验装置可以直观地显示表面多孔管传热之高效性,在试验的管型和热负荷范围内,最佳者能把沸腾温差缩小到只为光滑管的1/7左右。
The self-made ~ + machined surface porous tube was subjected to an open-cell boiling heat transfer test with steam-water as a medium. The experimental device can visually show the heat transfer efficiency of the porous tube on the surface. In the tested tube and heat load range Within, the best can reduce the boiling temperature difference is only about 1/7 of the smooth tube.
