我院收治1例心脏换瓣术后2年合并子宫内膜癌病人,对其治疗因合理应用强心药和抗凝剂保证了手术成功,现报告如下。 患者 女,41岁,孕1产1。20年前出现心悸、憋气,于18年前诊为“风心病”、“二尖瓣狭窄”,行二尖瓣闭式扩张术。2年前行二尖瓣、主动脉瓣置换术。术后一直口服地高辛及华法令,使心功能平稳地维持在Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。人院前因不规则出血月余,曾于多家医院就诊未引起注意,后经妇科B超检查及诊
