淘土调查小麦吸浆虫土内虫口密度是规划吸浆虫防治区和掌握其密度变化的主要方法,每年在小麦返青后、吸浆虫成虫羽化后和穗部幼虫入土后都要进行。由于淘土调查比较费工,各地在面积调查时往往每块调查田仅取1~2个样方。显然这样做取样误差较大,代表性不足,准确性差。为了寻找适宜的淘土调查方法,我们于1990年4月初对南阳县溧河乡的一块麦田进行了研究。1.土内密度的分布情况:用等距抽样法在田内取150个点,每点取0.5(长)×0.5(宽)×
