[目的]为甘蔗“高贵化”杂交制种提供理论依据,充分利用甘蔗野生种质资源。[方法]采用广义遗传力统计分析了112份割手密连续3年始花期的调查资料,同时调查花粉量与结实率,为杂交利用提供参考。[结果]割手密始花期的广义遗传力达0.079。割手密的始花期年际间差异在4~49 d之间,平均为13.65 d。年际间变化在20 d内占90%,超过30 d的仅占4.5%。[结论]部分早花割手密经处理后始花期都明显推迟,在杂交季节中必须根据花期变化的实际情况对当年的杂交计划作适当的调整,才能得以充分利用。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for sugarcane “noble ” hybrid seed production and make full use of the wild germplasm resources of sugarcane. [Method] With the generalized heritability statistical analysis of the survey data of 112 flowering stages of continuous cuttings of 3 years, the pollen amount and seed setting rate were investigated at the same time, which provided a reference for the utilization of hybridization. [Result] The general heritability of flowering stage was 0.079. The annual difference between the initial flowering stages of cuttings was between 4 and 49 days, with an average of 13.65 days. The interannual changes account for 90% within 20 days and only 4.5% over 30 days. [Conclusion] Some early flowering cuttings were obviously delayed after flowering. The hybridization plan must be properly adjusted according to the actual situation of flowering in the hybridization season in order to be fully utilized.
