当前,煤炭市场产能严重过剩和煤矿工人不能正常休假的现象并存,煤炭价格急剧下滑、煤炭行业70%的企业陷入亏损的困难局面。2014年7月以来,国务院、国家发改委多次组织召开会议,制定了一系列政策来缓解行业压力,目前已经取得一定成效。但必须清醒地认识到,当前市场企稳的基础并不稳固,产能过剩、进口冲击等问题没有得到根本性解决。为巩固政策效果,必须进一步建立长效机制,而建立正常的矿工休假制度正是一个很好的着力点。中国是以煤炭为主要能源的国家,中国矿工作为一支坚强的队伍,扎根煤海、奉献敬
At present, the serious overcapacity in the coal market and the failure of coal miners to take regular leave coexist.
