作为一名新课程背景下的英语教师,不仅需要有英语学科方面的专业素养,精通英语学科的基础知识,熟悉英语学科的基本结构和各部分知识点之间的内在联系,了解英语学科的发展动向和最新成果,而且需要较丰富的教育学、心理学知识。要想适应新课程教学要求,教师必须不断加强学习,不断积累知识,提高教育、教学能力。笔者有幸进入江苏省木渎高级中学,有机会近距离倾听了许多优秀教师的公开课。从这些课的设计,到这些课的展示,无不给我启示,
