【目的】了解乳腺癌患者疾病不确定感、社会支持现状，分析二者的相关关系。【方法】对120名乳腺癌患者进行疾病不确定感量表和社会支持量表的问卷调查。【结果】乳腺癌患者疾病不确定感处于中等水平，得分为（98．90±9．66）分；社会支持得分为（49．32±6．32）分；疾病不确定感与社会支持之间存在明显的负相关性。【结论】社会支持会影响乳腺癌患者的疾病不确定感，临床护理人员应根据患者的具体实际情况，提高患者的社会支持现状，从而降低患者的疾病不确定感。“,”[Objective]To explore the level of uncertainty in illness and social support in patients with breast cancer and analyze their relationship .[Methods]A cross‐sectional study was conducted .The surveys of Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used to assess uncertainty in illness and social support of 120 patients with breast cancer .[Results]The uncertainty in illness of patients was at middle level ,the score 98 .90 ± 9 .66 and the score of social support 49 .32 ± 6 .32 .And social support was positively correlated with uncertainty in illness .[Conclusion]Social support of breast cancer patients is cor‐related with uncertainty in illness .Nurses should improve the status of social support to decrease uncertainty in illness .
