董必武是新中国法治建设的先驱和奠基者之一。其法治思想于新民主主义革命时期诞生,于社会主义革命时期形成,并在社会主义建设时期得到完善和发展。董必武法治思想主要包括无法不成国家、依法办事、党要在宪法和法律的范围内活动,这些法治明理不仅指导了新中国法制体系的建设与完善,而且对今天中国社会的民主法治建设以及实现以宪治国具有重要的现实指导意义。
Dong Biwu is one of the pioneers and founders of the rule of law in New China. The thought of the rule of law was born during the period of the new democratic revolution, formed during the socialist revolution and was perfected and developed during the period of socialist construction. The thought of the rule of law in Dong Biwu includes not only failing to be a nation, acting according to law, but also acting within the scope of the Constitution and the law. These rules of law not only guide the construction and perfection of the legal system in New China, but also give impetus to the construction of democracy and law in China today, Constitutional government has important practical significance.
