编辑部同志:贵刊一九八五年第2期刊登拙作《粮食征购改税刍议》,特表示谢意。拙作曾被选送去桂林参加全国商业经济学会第二届年会,郭今吾会长在会议总结时对本文给以评介。现在,国务院业已以国发(1985)71号文件正式通知全国各省、市、自治区实行农业货币税,允许农民交纳代金;各报纸都刊登了这个消息。作为作者,我尝到理论研究的甜头,并衷心感谢贵刊编辑同志的慧眼与斧力。我是实际工作者,经济基础理论根底浅。文章经编辑同志修改、润饰,生色不少;而且更加简洁、流畅、明晰。为此,特写这封信,表示诚挚诩意。顺颂
Editorial comrades: Your magazine published the second issue in 1985, my humble Opinion on the reform of the grain purchase tax, "especially grateful.
