近年我国房地产行业的快速发展,为整个国民经济的发展及人民生活水平的提高做出了巨大的贡献.因其在国民经济中的支柱地位以及关乎民生的基础产业属性,该行业始终受到较大关注,掌握房地产行业的影响因素和发展规律、合理预测市场趋势具有重要意义.本文拟从实证的角度,分析经济发展水平、人口、土地和金融供给等多种因素对房地产市场的影响.
