目的:探讨可吸收螺钉治疗1例儿童髌骨套状骨折的效果。方法:回顾2013年7月,应用可吸收螺钉治疗的1例儿童髌骨套状骨折的临床资料,比较手术后膝关节功能恢复情况结果:此例患者骨折在49天完全达到解剖愈合,膝关节可以正常活动,术后40天,ROM角度达到130°-145°,期间未发生伤口感染、肌肉萎缩或关节积液。结论:可吸收螺钉治疗儿童髌骨套状骨折性能牢固,与组织相容性好,不影响关节功能恢复训练,是理想的治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of resorbable screws in the treatment of 1 case of patellar fracture in children. Methods: A retrospective review was made on the clinical data of one case of patellar sleeve fractures treated with resorbable screws in July 2013. The functional recovery of the knee joint after surgery was compared. Results: The fractures of the patients achieved complete anatomy and healing at 49 days, Normal activity, 40 days after surgery, ROM angle reached 130 ° -145 °, during which no wound infection, muscle atrophy or joint effusion. CONCLUSION: Absorbable screw is a good treatment for patellar condyle fractures in children. It has good compatibility with tissues and does not affect the training of joint function recovery.
