小学生的注意力是短暂的,一个具体的兴奋点(兴趣)也不会持久。因此,教师要将教学过程有机地划分为若干兴趣段,在每个兴趣段完成后,就要适时而简短地总结、肯定和激励,使学生的自尊得到满足,并转化为新的主动性,从而用新的兴趣去关注新的内容。这种肯定和激励可以是语言的,也可以是非语言的,会心的微笑、诚恳的语言、赞许的目光、殷切的提示、信任的期待,都可能对学生产生有效的激励作用。从而集中了同学们在语文中的注意力,有效地提高了小学语文课堂的教学效
