磁浮选是最近发展起来的一种选矿方法,目的是在分选过程中同时利用矿物的磁性和可浮性.采用这种方法,磁性矿物不会进入泡沫产品,而非磁性矿物则被浮起。对于某些矿石,使用该技术可减少甚至完全取消常规磁浮联合流程中的精选及扫选作业。本文介绍了该技术用于加拿大磁铁矿矿石的试验结果。试样全铁含量为32.89%,磁铁矿占87.60%。经一段磁浮选,可得到含铁69.10%的铁精矿,总回收率为84.84%,磁性铁的回收率为96.39%,而用常规的磁浮选联合流程,至少需要4段选别才能得到近似指标。
Maglev flotation is a recently developed beneficiation method, the purpose is to use both the magnetic and flotation of minerals in the separation process. With this method, magnetic minerals do not enter the foam product, whereas non-magnetic minerals are floated. With some ores, the use of this technology can reduce or even eliminate the need for selection and sweep operations in conventional maglev joint processes. This article describes the test results of this technology for magnetite ore in Canada. The total iron content of the sample is 32.89% and the magnetite accounts for 87.60%. After a period of magnetic flotation, iron concentrate with 69.10% iron content was obtained with a total recovery of 84.84% and a magnetic iron recovery rate of 96.39%. However, with the conventional magnetic flotation process, at least 4 Segment selection in order to get approximate indicators.
