蘑菇生产传统是用粗细土进行覆土,此法不仅费工费时,且初次栽培者掌握不当会损伤菌丝。我们试用自然活土一次覆法,获得了较好效果。(一)选土及处理选择遇水不松散、吸水和保水性能好的菜园肥土,挖回后敲碎成蚕豆、豌豆大小的土粒,过5毫米筛孔筛去粉末,再加0.5%石灰混匀,保持pH8~8.5,然后喷入0.1%的多菌灵和0.05%的敌敌畏,翻拌均匀,覆盖薄膜24小时。(二)覆土及管理一次性覆土3.5~4厘米厚,覆土后保持自然水份(捏得扁,搓不碎),如果表面干
