报告3例,怀疑为脉络膜黑色素瘤,经B超检查证实为白内障手术后遗留在玻璃体内的晶体核。其鉴别点是:半球形肿瘤与周围视网膜、脉络膜层相融合;双凸形的晶体核则孤立地位于眼底,且是活动的;脉络膜黑色素瘤的反射强度为低至中度,晶体核本身无反射;黑色素瘤血管内有血液流动,晶体核则无此现象。指出,对发现眼底包块的无晶体眼或人工晶体眼,还须考虑晶体核脱位的可能。上述3例眼底检查很困难,B型超声检查特别有助于
