JG-2防水冷胶料(水乳型,以下简称JG-2冷胶料),是以沥青为基料,橡胶为改性材料,掺入一定量的增塑剂、防老剂配制而成的冷施工新型建筑防水材料。该产品具有良好的耐热性、粘结性、弹性、防水性和耐寒性,有较好的抗老化性能,以及无毒、无嗅、施工安全、操作简便等优点。该产品系由中国建筑科学研究院标准设计研究所研制成功。它不但解决了卷材屋面漏水的“老大难”问题,改沥青热作业为冷施工,以及减轻屋面重量,还克服了油溶型冷胶料存在的汽油用量大,挥发性慢,以致在施工中产生粘脚等缺点;同时解决了以水代替汽油作稀释剂的问题。

In the production of sticky feet and other shortcomings; also solved the problem of using water instead of gasoline as a diluent.
