园本培训是幼儿教师的在职教育,通过园本培训,提高幼儿教师的素质,不仅是社会发展的客观要求,也是幼儿教师专业化成长的选择。本着“以人为本,以园为本”的思想理念,我园在实践中逐步建立了以课程改革为中心,以教学活动为载体,以教科研为依托,不断促进教师专业发展的园本培训新机制。
