本文介绍一种花键轴感应淬火工艺,中频加热热水(水温62~68℃)淬火,在立式连续淬火时能基本上解决最易引起裂纹的冷轧花键轴的裂纹问题;并通过实验改变了过去笼统地认为提高水温对淬火速度影响不大(在静水中)的观念,在喷射水时水的温度对淬火临界速度有较大的影响.采用此种工艺生产的解放牌载重汽车的传动轴花键轴,使用效果良好.
