拉深起皱是冲压拉深工艺中常见的缺陷之一。特别是对于底部具有大圆角转接的大型薄壁拉深件,如摩托车油箱、飞机发动机头部半球形整流罩等,在用普通压料拉深方法进行加工时,由于金属坯料与冲头接触面小,在其变形过程中,凹模内的金属坯料大部分处于悬空状态,没有受到约束(如图1a),这样在轴向拉伸应力和圆周方向挤压应力作用下,就很容易在垂直坯料平面方向上产生隆起变形,得到如图1b所示的起皱零件。
