For various types of professional and technical personnel, the title often has a “brand effect”, and even become its general knowledge, qualifications and abilities, but in Shenzhen, job title seductive halo has gradually lost its original charm. It is reported that the city has a total of 540000 professional and technical personnel, and last year the city accepted a total of more than 6400 applications for professional and technical qualification appraisal at all levels, of which only 35% belong to the enterprise. Shenzhen City, starting this year, is also gradually deepening the title of the reform system, and will introduce the trade associations, intermediaries to participate in job evaluation. Job titles are being neglected by the people. Inevitably, this is the inevitable result of the changes in the market economy and the employment mechanism of enterprises. That is, whether a person is “low” or “advanced” should be determined by the market and allowed to contribute.
