本文报导了邻氯本乙酮经利兰氧化制得邻氯苯乙酮醛,再分别与异丙胺和特丁胺缩合,经 KBH_4还原制备了喘通和喘舒,此外,以 d-酒石酸为分拆剂将喘通游离胺分拆为光学异构体,药理筛选结果表明光学异构体较消旋体平喘作用明显。
In this paper, o-chloroacetophenone aldehyde was obtained from the o-chloronetration of benzyloxybenzene by lilium and then condensed with isopropylamine and terbutaline respectively. Splitting agent will be asthma free amines split into optical isomers, pharmacological screening results show that the optical isomers of racemic anti-asthmatic effect significantly.
