本文的分析研究借助了气相色谱-质谱联用仪,通过选择离子检测的手段,定性与定量研究分析了果蔬类农产品中12种农药残留量。其中这12种农药可分为4类,即有机磷类、除虫菊酯类、有机氯类和氨基甲酸酯类。为保障最终结果的可靠性,本文做了色谱条件优化,缩短分析周期等工作,并结合保留时间与特征离子完成了定性鉴定。结果显示:回收率达到(100±20)%;痕量农残组分定量分析变异系数在(13±7)%间;可以实现对多残留农药残留的分析。
In this paper, GC-MS and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were used to analyze 12 pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable agricultural products qualitatively and quantitatively by selective ion detection. Of these 12 pesticides can be divided into four categories, namely, organic phosphorus, pyrethrins, organic chlorinated and carbamates. In order to ensure the reliability of the final result, this paper did the optimization of chromatographic conditions, shorten the analysis cycle and so on, and combined with the retention time and characteristic ions to complete the qualitative identification. The results showed that the recovery rate was (100 ± 20)% and the coefficient of variation (CV) of quantitative analysis of trace pesticide residues was (13 ± 7)%. The analysis of residues of pesticide residues was feasible.
