闸门和启闭机养护与维修是水利工程管理的重要工作内容之一。对水工闸门的养护与维修主要有清理杂物、门叶维护、支承行走机构、闸门预埋件和止水装置的养护。启闭机的养护与维修主要有机体清洁、操作设备养护、启闭机的润滑与钢丝绳保养等方面。远程控制与网络维护也是闸门和启闭机维护的重要方面。只有建立完善的养护维修档案,才能发挥其工程效益和较好的调控运用能力。
