目的:研究分析开窗负压吸引术对颌骨囊肿患者进行治疗的效果。方法:2010至2012年我院一共有22例颌骨囊肿患者,对其使用开窗负压吸引术,对患者的治疗效果进行研究分析。结果:全部患者在接受开窗负压吸引术治疗3个月后,有10例患者清除囊肿,12例患者囊肿缩小到四分之三。术后半年患者均无复发。结论:颌骨囊肿患者使用开窗负压吸引术进行治疗,其效果非常理想,患者的颌骨囊肿完全的消除,临床应用价值比较高。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of vacuum suction in fenestration on the treatment of patients with jaw cysts. Methods: A total of 22 patients with jaw cysts in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were studied for their therapeutic effects by using negative window suction. Results: All patients underwent open suction suction surgery three months later, 10 patients had cysts removed, and 12 patients had cysts reduced to three-quarters. No recurrence of patients after six months. Conclusion: The treatment of patients with jaw cyst with fenestration vacuum suction is very satisfactory. The patient’s jaw cyst is completely eliminated, and the clinical application value is relatively high.
