环孢素A(CaA)广泛应用于器官移植领域。CsA主要优点是可选择性作用T细胞,减少白介素Ⅱ(IL-Ⅱ)的形成,具有强力免疫抑制作用。临床上应用能明显地提高移植器官的存活率。由于药物个体吸收差异,不可预测的药物代谢以及存在明显的相互作用,临床上很难确定理想的用药方案,易出现CsA肝肾毒性。其肝毒性是移植术后重要研究课题。我院1998-01/1999-08共进行同种异体肾移植408例,CsA肝中毒发生率30％。应用思美泰治疗15例CsA肝中毒患者,现报告如下。
Cyclosporine A (CaA) is widely used in the field of organ transplantation. The main advantage of CsA is that it can selectively act on T cells and reduce the formation of interleukin II (IL-II), with strong immunosuppressive effect. Clinical application can significantly improve the survival rate of transplanted organs. Due to differences in drug absorption, unpredictable drug metabolism and the existence of significant interactions, it is difficult to determine the ideal drug regimen in clinical practice, and it is easy to show CsA hepatorenal toxicity. Liver toxicity is an important research topic after transplantation. Our hospital from January 1998 to August 1999 carried out 408 cases of allograft kidney transplantation, CsA liver poisoning incidence of 30%. Application Simei Thai treatment of 15 patients with CsA liver poisoning, are as follows.
