用认真学习的实际行动欢庆党的十五大胜利召开,这是大家的共同心声。自邓小平同志逝世后,中国的发展又处在一个历史关头,全国人民都在关注着中国的未来怎样继续前进?党的十五大适时地为我国的改革开放和社会主义现代化建设制定了承前启后、继往开来的极为切合国情的路线方针和宏伟蓝图,把邓小平理论确立为全党的指导思想,把二十多年的实践经验已经证明是正确的、全国人民衷心拥护的邓小平所开辟的改革开放道路确定为全党、全国人民迈向未来的方向,并且把它引向更加广阔、更加深入的境地。这是大会的灵魂,它顺应党心,合乎民心,符合民意。
It is the common aspiration of all of us to celebrate the victory of the 15th National Congress of the Party with the practical action of earnest study. Since the death of Comrade Deng Xiaoping, China’s development has been at a historical juncture. All the people in the country are watching how the future of China will move forward. The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has formulated in a timely manner our country’s reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization drive, The path-line principle and grand blueprint of great continuity with the national conditions and the past and future work have established Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guiding ideology of the entire party. The practical experience of more than 20 years has proved to be correct. The path of reform and opening up pioneered by Deng Xiaoping, whom the entire nation sincerely advocated, For the entire party, the people throughout the country toward the future direction, and lead it to a broader and more in-depth situation.
