目的:调查基层医生使用肾上腺糖皮质激素(以下简称激素)的情况及合理性;方法:通过计算机His系统对集仕港中心卫生院药房内使用激素的处方分科室类别、分医生职称类别进行检索,并随机抽查一定数量的处方进行逐张评析;结果:大多数科室含激素类药物处方张数较多(6.05%),尤以社区卫生服务站为甚(P<0.01);开方医生随着职称的升高,应用激素机会逐级减少(P<0.01);结论:基层医生对激素的使用比较随意,存在一定的滥用现象,尤其以低年资医生和服务站医生为甚。
