膨胀管定位分支井技术研究是国家 86 3项目渤海大油田勘探开发关键技术———可控 (闭环 )三维轨迹钻井技术研究的子课题。应用膨胀管定位工具原理 ,完成了定位工具的研制 ,并在大量地面实验的基础上 ,将膨胀管定位技术成功地应用于渤海埕北油田老井侧钻分支井中。实践证明 :所研制的膨胀管定位分支井工具具有 3大技术特点 :①膨胀管定位 ,定位工具在老井中 ,对套管产生的应力集中小 ,有利于保护套管 ;②定位工具在密封后可承受压、扭等荷载 ,完全满足井下作业的需要 ;③定位工具设计合理 ,操作简便。通过在埕北油田A2 2h井的实践 ,钻成一口水平分支调整井 ,在老油田挖潜方面取得 3项突破 :第一 ,使用侧钻分支井挖掘剩余油获得突破 ;第二 ,在分支井油井中使用膨胀管定位工具获得突破 ;第三 ,使用修井机在海上平台钻分支调整井实现突破。膨胀管定位分支井技术及其工具在埕北油田A2 2h井的成功应用 ,使原来产油 11m3/d的老井通过分支井达到产油 112m3/d ,取得显著的经济效益。这项技术将在海上油田增储挖潜和提高采收率方面发挥很大的作用。

Through the practice of A2-2h well in Taobei Oilfield, drilling into a horizontal branch adjustment well made three breakthroughs in tapping the potential of the old oilfield: first, the use of sidetrack branch wells to make breakthroughs in remaining oil; and secondly, in the branch well In the use of expansion tube positioning tool to obtain a breakthrough; Third, the use of workover rig offshore drilling branch adjustment wells to achieve a breakthrough. The successful application of expansion well positioning branch well technology and its tools in the A2 2h well in Taobei Oilfield made the original well of original oil production 11m3 / d reach 112m3 / d of oil production through branch wells and achieved significant economic benefits. This technology will play a significant role in tapping potential reserves and enhancing oil recovery in offshore oilfields.
