We use the intra-arterial thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral infarction in our hospital from August 2000 to July 2008 with 28 cases analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 16 males and 12 females, aged 38 to 61 (average 48) years old.
