为了给战略联盟合作伙伴选择提供行之有效的决策分析方法,充分发挥合作伙伴各自独特的优势,形成优势互补、强强联合的战略联盟,本研究在建立战略联盟合作伙伴评价指标体系的基础上,分别运用模糊群决策法和“熵值法”求得评价指标的主观权重值和客观权重值,再将主客观权重值通过加法集成法求得综合权重值,最后求出被评估潜在合作企业的综合评价值,确定战略联盟合作伙伴。本研究对于战略联盟的构建具有一定的理论借鉴作用,同时也为顺利构建战略联盟提供了一个切实有效的决策框架。
