12月7日,中国城市公共交通协会在北京召开了分支机构工作会议。会议由协会副理事长兼秘书长兰荣主持,协会所属科技分会、智能交通专业委员会、轮渡专业委员会、快速公交专业委员会的主要负责人出席了会议。会议共三项议程:一是学习住房和城乡建设部转发民政部有关加强社团管理的文件。杨青山副秘书长宣读了《民政部关于印发〈社会组织举办研讨会论坛活动管理办法〉的通知》(民发[2012]57号)和《民政部关于印发〈关于规范社会团体开展合作活动若干问题的规定〉的通知》(民发[2012]166号)
On December 7, China Urban Public Traffic Association held a branch office working conference in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by Lan Rong, vice chairman and secretary general of the association. The main leaders of the science and technology branch of the association, the specialized committee of intelligent transportation, the ferry professional committee and the express bus special committee attended the conference. The conference has a total of three agenda items: First, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is informed to forward the document of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on strengthening the management of the community. Deputy Secretary-General Yang Qingshan read out the “Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures on the Forum Activities Held by Social Organizations” (Minfa [2012] No. 57) and the Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on Printing and Distributing "(Minfa [2012] No. 166)
