本文报告了应用AZN-型血液动力流变测试仪,检测了20例重症婴幼儿肺炎并发心衰的血液动力流变学的改变。包括心血管功能,血液流态,微循环等17个参数。并同时检测了20例健康婴幼儿进行对照。结果:MAP、SV、SI、VPEI、GI、VPE、EWK均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。BK、ETK、ALK均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。P、V、BV、RT均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。ALT、TM均长于对照组(P<0.05)。提示婴幼儿重症肺炎并发心衰可因心、血管功能不全,心脏前后负荷加重,微循环障碍等为其提供病理依据。本测试仪还可进行监护和判断应用强心剂和解除微循环障碍性药物的疗效,此方法简单,是一个非创伤性的检测,值得推广应用。
This article reports the application of the AZN-based haemodynamic rheometer to detect haemodynamic changes in 20 infants with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure. Including cardiovascular function, blood flow, microcirculation and other 17 parameters. At the same time, 20 healthy infants were tested for control. This method is simple and is a non-invasive test that is worth popularizing and applying.
