例1 女性,38岁。因左眼红、痛、畏光、流泪3天就诊。查体:右眼视力(VOD)5.0,左眼视力(VOS)4.8,不能矫正。右眼正常。左眼角膜可见一灰白色溃疡,FL(+),直径约2mm,边缘清楚。溃疡周围角膜透明。球结膜混合充血,角膜后沉淀物(KP)(-),丁氏征(-),瞳孔对光反应正常。虹膜无后粘连。诊断为左眼单纯性角膜溃疡。给予抗生素眼药水、眼膏等治疗。10天后复诊,症状明显减轻,但角膜染色(+),球结膜仍轻度混合充血,余同前。用放大镜及聚光手
