对辊式磨粉机而言,磨辊的质量直接关系到主机性能的优劣,它对主机的生产率、面粉质量及劳动环境均有较大的影响。而磨辊的热裂又是磨辊生产中最棘手的问题,因为这种热裂一般是难以修复的,因此而报废的磨辊件较多,往往会损耗大量的稀有金属,给生产厂家造成较大的经济损失。我们在多年生产磨辊的实践中,对磨辊的热裂机理进行了分析探讨,并根据生产实际,采取了相应的防止措施,把磨辊的铸造成品率从原来的72.9％提高到95.9％,取得了较为显著的经济效益。
