[目的]探讨硒对柯萨奇病毒感染所致的小鼠急性病毒性心肌炎发生中心肌损伤及死亡率的影响。[方法]昆明种小鼠常规和补硒喂养4周后,腹腔接种柯萨奇B3病毒,观察各组小鼠不同时间点心肌的病变情况、GSH-PX的活性以及21d小鼠的死亡情况。[结果]感染后7~14d的心肌病变最重,补硒组小鼠的心肌病理积分明显低于病毒对照组(P﹤0.05);GSH-PX的活性高于病毒对照组(P﹤0.05);补硒组小鼠的死亡率低于病毒对照组。[结论]适量的补硒能减轻柯萨奇病毒感染所致的心肌损伤。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of selenium on myocardial injury and mortality in mice with acute viral myocarditis induced by Coxsackievirus. [Method] Kunming mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with Coxsackie virus B3 after routine and selenium feeding for 4 weeks. The pathological changes of myocardium, the activity of GSH-PX and the death of mice on the 21st day were observed. [Results] Cardiomyopathy was most severe at 7-14 days after infection, and the myocardial pathological scores in selenium-supplemented group were significantly lower than those in virus control group (P <0.05). GSH-PX activity was higher than that in virus control group (P <0.05) ; Selenium group mice mortality was lower than the virus control group. [Conclusion] The appropriate amount of selenium can reduce myocardial injury caused by Coxsackie virus infection.
