设计研制了由激光照射源、激光能量/功率计、光学和机械调整装置、微机测控自动数据采集处理、打印扫描输出5个部分组成的激光防护镜自动检定装置,采用自建的特有测试记录方法和软件系统,可进行激光防护镜多项防护性能参数的测试、记录、保存和打印输出,并实现了微机测控和数据采集处理自动化,该检定装置的激光波长为1064 nm和532 nm;波长响应范围为0.4~1.1μm;测量能量范围为10-8~0.3 J;光密度测量范围为0.1~8.0;稳定度为0.21%;扩展不确定度为5%。
