一、现状: 陇海线灵宝-华山西间位于河南省和陕西省交界处,铁路在小秦岭北部山前区通过,地形起伏较大,线路在山前洪积扇上修建,桥涵较多。由于小秦岭特殊的地质条件和近年来小秦岭流域大面积开采黄金,乱弃矿碴现象十分严重,加剧了大面积的水土流失,河床被淤满,铁路桥涵被淤积,泄洪和抗洪能力下降。随着上游的固体物质的增多,若集中降水达到一定程度,在此地形上将会发生泥石流,危及行车安全。二、泥石流形成的条件:
